PAUL WHEELER

During his long career, Paul Wheeler has published more than a dozen titles on Cinematography.

He is a member of the Guild of British Camera Technicians (GBCT). the British Society of Cinematographers - BSC, an Honorary Visiting Professor at Roehampton University and Head of Cinematography at the Metropolitan Film School, London.

IAIN DAVIDSON

Iain has worked as a senior Lighting Director at both Sky and BBC Television, where he taught extensively on lighting training at BBC Television.

He is a member, guest editor and author for of the Society of Television Lighting Directors and regularly presents at numerous workshops and events on the lighting technology.

SIMON DURIC

He's one of the fastest rising stars of motion picture Storyboarding,

Simon Duric has worked with many directing talents such as Jonathan Glazer, Gareth Edwards, Keanu Reeves, Guy Ritchie and J Blakeson with work on 'Sherlock Holmes' (2009), 'Prometheus' (2012) and 'Woman In Black' (2012).

LISA MOZDEN

Lisa has worked as an in-demand motion picture editor and assistant editor for the major studies including Universal Pictures, Miramax and Sony Pictures amongst many others.

Her film and TV credits include "Ted' (2012) , 'Halloween H20' (1998), 'Scream 2 & 3' and 'The Big Lebowski' (1998).

GREG LOFTIN

Associate Subject Leader in Broadcast Post Production, at Ravensbourne, one the UK's leading Skillset Media Academies, Greg is an award winning film-maker and senior editor in film and TV with a passion for editing driven by his love of storytelling.

He recently Directed and wrote his first feature length film Saxon.

STEVE PEARCE

An established sound supervisor, engineer and recordist with over 20 years of experience spanning studio, OB, PSC and location setting formats.

Steve has worked with the majority of key national broadcasters within factual, entertainment, sport and live events, having filmed in over 40 countries worldwide, spanning a career of over 20 years.

STUART HARRIS

As a Senior lecturer in Cinematography at the National Film and Television School, Stuart is a cinematographer of more than 25 years, with collaborations including Ridley Scott, Nick Lewin and Marek Kanievska, as well as fashion cinematography for Richard Gere; Claudia Schiffer; Omar Sharif; Greg Norman; Muhammed Ali; Sarah Ferguson - the Duchess of Yor

JULIE KAHN


Julie has spent more than tewnty years as a leading AVID Editor and Colourist of TV and motion pictures.

She was one of the very first trainers for AVID Media Composer, on its launch, and has delivered major broadcast projects for FRONTLINE, WGBH, The History Channel, Animal Planet, The A&E Network, and The Discovery Channel

DR. FREDDIE GAFFNEY


Dr Freddie Gaffney is Subject Leader in Film and Broadcast Production at Ravensbourne, a leading UK Skillset Media Academy.

A screenwriter, production manager and author, he is also a Fellow of the HEA, Chartered Institute of Educational Examiners and Writers' Guild.

TOM ANTOS


Tom is a multi-award winning independent filmmaker who originally started working in films as an animator and special effects supervisor in 1997

He's an established L.A. based director and cinematographer of short films, music videos and commercials winning Telly, Promax and Worldfest Gold Remi awards in the process.

KAT MACAULAY


Kat is both a Video Journalist and a highly regarded Production Trainer for the BBC and the BBC College of Production.

She specilises in PSC (Portable single camera) journalism and video news-gathering, and trains BBC journalists in moving image skills.

DIANE LAKE


Diane is a professional screenwriter. Her film, Frida (2002), opened the Venice Film Festival in 2002, won The American Film Institute’s Film of the Year and was nominated for 6 Academy Awards, winning two. A screenwriter for Columbia, Disney, Miramax, and Paramount, she is also a Professor of screenwriting at the prestigious Emerson College in Boston, USA.

MARK KESHISHIAN


Mark is a professional Sound recordist, and BBC production trainer with over 10 years experience in the TV and film industry, specialising in Documentary, Corporate and Advertising.

He has worked as a sound recordist and post production and ADR specialist for the BBC, GMTV, South Park and numerous corporate productions.

COLIN SMITH


Colin Smith has been working in the deep end of the video and imaging industries for over 20+ years. 15 of those years at Adobe Systems where he continues to act as a senior Adobe Permiere guru and trainer for customers including Hollywood filmmakers, New York media giants and broadcast and animation houses.

HARESH PATEL


Features, Commercials, Documentary / Corporate and Television have all formed part of Haresh's more than 15 years of broadcast and film experience in the UK and US.

A Double Masters Graduate of Audio Production University of Westminster and The School Of Audio Engineering, London, Haresh is a specialist Sound Recordist and Designer.

JON RONSON


Jon Ronson is a journalist, documentary filmmaker, radio presenter and nonfiction author, whose works include The Men Who Stare at Goats.

His work regularly appears in numerous UK publications including The Guardian newspaper, City Life and Time Out magazine. He has made several documentary films for television and two documentary series for Channel 4.

HAVANA MARKING


Havana is a producer and director of documentary, best known for 'Afghan Star' (2009) winning Best Director and the Audience Award at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.

She has made films for HBO and More4 as well as 'Smash & Grab: the Story of the Pink Panthers' for BBC Storyville. She is also Executive Producer on numerous films,

LOUIS THEROUX


Louis is an award winning journalist and broadcaster, best known for his documentaries in the BBC series 'Louis Theroux's Weird Weekends' and 'When Louis Met...' as well as his Louis Theroux's BBC Two specials.

Starting in journalism he currently works with the BBC, producing his documentaries and popular TV series.

ALEX POLLARD


Alex is a veteran ENG news camerman and PSC director for ITN News in London. His work has covered numerous national headline news stories spanning more than a decade of national broadcast television news coverage.

CAREY DUFFEY


As MPTV Filter Group Consultant at Tiffen International Ltd, has worked at the leading edge of camera filter technology for more than twenty years.

Formerly Director of Operations for The London Filter Company he is a universally regarded industry expert in camera optics and processing.

DOM FOULSHAM


Dom Foulsham is a former factual and entertainment writer, PSC director and producer for both BBC and Channel 4, a features writer and industry specialist for The Times and Financial Times and is the Founder and Director of Curriculum for UKfilmNet. An award winning teacher, he has worked as Adjunct Professor and Senior lecturer in Film & TV in both the UK and US.

LUCREZIA MILLARINI

In almost eight years covering news, entertainment and the arts, Lucrezia is a presenter and reporter for ITV News and is a regular face anchoring ITV News London's flagship programme.

Before presenting ITV News London, she was the programme's Entertainment Correspondent and presented ITV2's daily showbiz bulletin.

SHERELLE FOLKES


An intelligent, enthusiast and animated communicator, Sherelle has worked on a wide range of corporate and youth projects in her decade of media work and in particular presentation.

Sherelle brings her particular and persuasive passion for film making to presenting many of our Cinematography master-lasses with the experts

BRANWEN JEFFREYS


Jeffreys has been a senior health correspondent for BBC News reporting on the policy and politics of the NHS and provision of healthcare.

In 2015 she was appointed as the BBC's Education editor,  leading education coverage for BBC News, with a particular focus on reporting for the Six and Ten O'Clock News on BBC One.

CHARLIE JONES


BBC health and medical journalist. Formerly BBC Breakfast, Newsround and The Press Association she has worked across a wide range of news-projects.

She is currently producing coverage for the BBC News Health team of correspondents, with a particular focus on reporting for the Six and Ten O'Clock News on BBC One.

KRISHNAN GURU-MURTHY


Krishnan is a British television presenter on Channel 4. He presents the Channel 4 News and the foreign affairs documentary series Unreported World.

He has reported and presented from around the world covering many disasters and conflicts including Gaza, and the Arab Spring in Egypt. He has been nominated several times for the Royal Television Society Journalism Awards.

GEMMA MORRIS


is a British television news presenter and journalist for Sky News, appearing on the TV channel and its digital services. 

She was formerly the regular presenter for Channel 5's lunchtime and weekend TV news programmes, Gemma is now a regular main presenter for the Sky News "Swipe" technology bulletins as well as the 3 minute Sky News bulletins.

GEOFFREY DAVIES


Geoffrey Davies has been the Head of Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Westminster since February 2008 teaching journalism and television since 2002.

He has worked at ITN as a producer, as a business manager in a broadcast television services company, made corporate videos and marketed satellite delivery services to business, writing for national and trade press.

ZYGIE DAVIES


Zygie is a highly experienced veteran of news camera in the UK, and is currently a Camera Editor at Sky Television, the payTV international newsgathering service run by BSkyB.

She originally worked in sound production and location sound, but it is as a camera editor where she has covered major national and international news events.
